RM Auctions estimates to get $1 million for this very first 1952 Chrysler D’Elegance concept car designed by Virgil Exner. Displayed first in Paris in 1952, the D’Elegance was also a showcase for Chrysler’s new 331 cubic inch, 300-horsepower Hemi V8. D’Elegance runs on a 10-inch shorter New Yorker chassis. There were 25 units of this concept built, but this one is the first.
