A recent survey made by Morpace and ordered by Ford looks nothing else but a survey about the 6th generation 2015 Mustang which is gonna be build on S550 platform.
This survey asks to imagine you are buying yourself an “ideal sport car similar to the Chevrolet Camaro, Dodge Challenger, Ford Mustang, Hyundai Genesis Coupe, Nissan 370Z, or Scion FR-S“. The base prise is set at $23.995. The 3 engines are given to chose from (and many think those are slightly displacement-changed engines of 2015 Mustang):
– 3.8L V6 Engine (300 Horsepower/290 ft-lb torque and Fuel Economy: 19 MPG City/29 Highway MPG) (Standard Equipment – $0)
– 2.4L I4 GTDI Engine (310 Horsepower/310 ft-kb of torque and Fuel Economy: 22 MPG City/32 MPG Highway) $560
– 4.9L V8 Engine (430 Horsepower/396ft-lb of torque and Fuel Economy: 18 MPG City/28 Highway MPG) $1,890.
The real deal may be 3.7 V6, 2.3 I4 and 5.0 V8 for the S550 platform. The nearly true trim specifications prompt 2015 Mustang will offer 6-speed manual, independent rear suspension (for sure), keyless entry, engine button start, many technology options with memory and heated/cooled seats, heads up display, 20-inch rims etc. Click here for detailed survey info.
