1964 Shorty Mustang

Ok. That’s something different. Can you imagine a two-seater Mustang? The 1964 one? We don’t, but there’s actually one owned by Bill ad Chris Snyder. It is called “Shorty“. Well, it is kinda obvious ’cause its wheelbase was shortened by 16 inches. The standard 260 V8 was enlarged up to 302 cubics. Custom fiberglass panels were made by Dearborn Steel Tube Co.
The Shorty itelf was designed by Bill Gardner. Bill also saved the car from crushier that was so common fate for many concepts.
