gminsidenews.com had a very interesting initiative towards Buick Roadmaster and Wildcat. They believe Buick has lots of undeveloped potential. So they did some R&D themselves.
GMI offer the next generation Lucurne to be renamed to Roadmaster and feature a rear wheel drive Zeta platform with 3.6 liter V6 [275HP] and 4.6 Northstar V8 [350 HP], standard 6 speed automatic transmission. Their sedan render is obviously based on Cadillac Sixteen, but looks quite decent while coupe is seriously hot.
The Wildcat concept is something more of renaissance. The sedan cat is offered to feature same engines as Roadmaster: 3.6 and 4.6 liter Vs with again the same 6-speed automatic gearbox. The Wildcat Gran Sport concept looks ultimate and promising – 4.4 liter supercharged V8 with coupe-decent 425 HP and T-Top roof possibility. The Riviera-like boat tail suits perfectly.
