You are looking at history here. 2-of-a-kinf unit were built. This is 1970 Torino King Cobra 429 prototype. This project was developed in order to compete at NASCAR, but due to budget cut (by Lee Iacocca) and barred big engines it was cancelled.

The hood hides massive hi-power 429 V8 that pumps outrageous 700 horses. Aluminum duel lane intake, Holley 4-barrel. As a prototype it has a very well equipped interior – it uses most of standard Torino features. Price tag: $600K.
